Levington - Orchid Compost 8L

HOW TO USE

• Use the compost directly from the bag.
• Do not mix with other materials.
• Firm only lightly.
• Resealable bag keeps compost fresh.

RE-POTTTING

After 2 or 3 years most orchids will have filled their pot and will need re-potting.

1. Remove the plant from its existing pot.

2. Divide the plant if appropriate.

3. Remove any dead roots.

4. Select a new pot that is one size larger and cover the base of the pot with broken crocks or gravel.

5. Add a layer of Levington® Orchid Compost.

6. Place the orchid into the pot so the crown is just below the rim.

7. Place more compost between and around the roots, tapping the pot to settle the compost.

8. Water thoroughly with clean tepid rainwater. Support with a cane if necessary.

WHERE TO USE

Suitable for use indoors with orchids.

CAUTIONS

Use in a well ventilated place and avoid breathing in dust. Always wear gloves when gardening and then wash your hands after use.
