A heavy cropping, maincrop variety and good all-round cooker, Maxine is one of the better seed potatoes on the market today.
Their smooth skins and shallow eyes have also caught the eye of several exhibition growers, and earned Maxine potatoes the RHS Award of Garden Merit (AGM).
Maincrop seed potatoes mature in 125-140 days and, if planted in late April, can be harvested by mid August.
