This excellent deep red beetroot can be used as a baby beet, or grown on as a main crop. Perfect for any salad with it's globe roots and sweet tasting smooth flesh.

Sow thinly in shallow drills 1.5cm (½") deep with 30cm (12") between rows.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Thin the seedlings gradually as they grow to an eventual spacing of 10cm (4"). Do not transplant.

For a plentiful supply of sweet small roots , sow successionally at fortnightly intervals. Ideal for using as a baby beetroot sown in containers on the patio.
